We would not recommend plastering PROMAFOUR® boards, because even high temperature plasters tend to crack and craze over time. PROMAFOUR®  boards are supplied with a smooth finish on one side, which is suitable for direct application of PROMAFOUR®  PRIMER. Additional paint treatments suitable for use in high temperature environments can then be applied as the finished surface.
