Senco manufacture the Chisel Point Staples and guns required to fix PROMATECT®-250 boards. The sizes supplied are 34.9mm long x 10.6mm wide x 1.4mm thick staples for boards up to 15mm thick (product code: N16BABB), and 50.8mm long x 10.6mm wide x 1.4mm thick staples for boards above 15mm thick (product code: N21BABB). There are two guns available to use for these staple sizes: Senco SNS50XP-N (pneumatic), Senco GT50i-N/O (gas).

Paslode also manufacture staples and guns that meet the specification. The product codes are 054522 for 35mm long x 12mm wide x 1.6mm thick staples for boards up to 15mm thick, and 012302 50mm long x 12mm wide x 1.6mm thick staples for boards above 15mm thick. The gun used for these staple sizes is the Paslode IM200, product code: 900078.
