When refurbishing a Durasteel® installation, Do you know of any reasons why Durasteel® barriers and doors tested to BS 476 Pt 8:1972 and installed 35 years ago would now be considered unsafe?

In our opinion, those Durasteel® barriers and doors tested to the appropriate standard when installed approximately 35 years ago, would still be considered safe once the refurbishment had been carried out by a Durasteel® Licenced Installer. The Durasteel® Licenced installer would have the experience to evaluate the overall condition and have access to the manufacturer of the Durasteel® doors who can supply, or fabricate where necessary, the spares needed.
