We have used the same product, sourced from the same supplier over this period, i.e. 25 – 26 years, and we have never received any adverse feedback on performance and are not aware of any projects where the product has been replaced.

Promat Moisture Resistant Ready Mixed Joint Filler is a dolomite-based inorganic filler and does not rely on any “active ingredients” to perform.

So on the basis of real time based performance and formulation, we would confirm that the product, when properly installed, annually inspected and any damage/wear and tear promptly rectified would meet a design life of 25 years.
