Responsible Sourcing and BES6001 (linked to BREEAM section Mat03)

We regret we are unable to provide BES6001 certification for Promat products in relation to their responsible sourcing. This is because the rules of the scheme require certification of the organisation (legal entity) actually manufacturing the product. Promat products are highly specialised and, as such, are sourced from numerous factories around the world. It is currently not possible to clarify this diversified supply chain within the rules of the scheme.

Where certification is sought for the seasons of BREEAM project assessment (section Mat03), it should be noted that responsible sourcing credits are also awarded where products are manufactured in factories certified to ISO14001 for environmental management. In line with ETEX policy, all Promat factories hold this certification.
